I teach classes throughout the week, open to women and men of all levels, from my studio, next to the green in Ashington, West Sussex.

Studio Mat Classes
Run from my Ashington Studio these classes are kept small allowing for individual attention (maximum of 4).
1:1 Classes
1:1 and 1:2 classes are the ideal choice to help you develop a strong foundation and understanding of the Pilates technique.
Private Group Classes
These classes are perfect for a group of friends or family (maximum of 4) who want to enjoy a class together.
